Returns

Only damaged products are eligible for a return. An online return request form must be submitted with reason for return.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis for damaged items. If a refund claim is approved, once the amount of refund is determined and processed it bill will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
